anyone have any personal experience of using this ? planning on a trip end of month to heathrow would prefer to go via Elizabeth line luggage freeYes, used for BA long haul in May last year and was impressed and very pleased to be able to travel luggage-free on trains and tubes.
Airportr one way and taxi back on return can be a good option and I always now consider it alongside long-stay parking as an option when flying.
Used them Easter last year when we were flying to US and it was offered for free by BA. It was a great experience. We arranged time for collection evening before. Both of us had to be present when bags were collected. We had AirTags inside and could trace them through the streets of West London. Only hand baggage so we took the bus to the airport! No last minute packing. Quick esta (and Covid at the time) check and straight through fast track and into the lounge. So much easier and would definitely pay as it took away all the hassle and need for taxi, which last time cost £40.
We reviewed them pre covid.
Has been collecting quite a long time now so clearly doing something right – if I’m honest I wouldn’t have given them much of a chance of success.
