Alaska tier points posting

Hi
I flew with Alaska on 12th April and waiting for 40 tier points which agonisingly will push me over in to Silver tier.

Does anyone have experience with how long Alaska tier points take to post and how long it takes BA to resolve when contacting.

I contacted and got a reply next day on 19th April asking me to submit evidence of flying which I’ve now done but it’s all now gone silent..
