Algarve October with teenagers

First time to mainland Portugal ( Algarve) with no idea where to stay . Not interested in night life or golf, just a little light sightseeing , good food and some strolls. .Wish to stay somewhere we can walk to civilisation or get an UBER easily . Either all inclusive ( teen preference) or somewhere where a meal out won’t break the bank.
Looking at at Pine Cliffs and Dome Lakes , as well as AP Cabanas in Tavira

I do like Tavira and around there. You can get a train to Faro and Olhao and also go east towards the Spanish border. The beaches are great. Tavira has some excellent restaurants. Traditional local restaurants can be great value. Uber is available in Tavira. I think there are also flixbus services from Tavira.
