Altering reward flight booked with upgrade voucher

I have availability of Premium Economy outbound and Economy inbound on a popular route and want to book (making use of the Barclaycard ‘upgrade voucher’, for the outbound part). If a Premium Economy inbound opens up, can I change the inbound flight (therefore making use of the voucher too) – is there a fee to change this with BA? Many thanks
