Can anyone offer any advice please?
Our AYT-LGW flight was cancelled several weeks ago (cash booking) and we were given the choice of either rebooking or a refund. We chose to rebook for the previous day.
Now our plans have changed and we no longer wish to travel. Am I still eligible for a refund even though we’ve accepted the rebooking? I can no longer see a refund option on MMB.
Alternatively we’re eligible for an eVoucher refund as the flight was booked back in December. Due to personal reasons we don’t plan to travel in the short/medium term so can the eVoucher be used by someone else?
Thanks,
Egglard
Once you chose the date change you lost the right to a refund as a result of the cancellation.
Assuming your rebooked flights are due to depart before 30th September AND the rebooking happened before the 7th June (when BWC ended) you can apply for a voucher.
If you can confirm the dates you’ll get specific advice on your options.
