Looks like I’ll be cancelling when the change happens
Why?

Because I only use it for Amazon purchases as a Prime member so I get the higher earning rate that will now be lost.
I have other non-Amex cards that earn higher than 0.25% that I could use instead. Or just use one of my Amex cards that also have a higher earn rate.
Even the article you’ve linked to, you say yourself that you don’t recommend sticking with it once the change happens.
