Amex £200 travel credit not showing

Hi,

I can see the Amex £200 travel Credit, in my points summary statement. However, when I go to Amex Travel under my name in the top right there is only points displaying.
Tried, a dummy book under Fine Hotels & Resorts, but there appears not to be an options to use the travel credit, when paying. I presume Pay Now is the correct option.

Yes correct you have to pay through Amex (not at the hotel) for the £200 credit to be eligible

Thanks for that will contact Amex via chat, to find out why I can’t appear to apply the travel credit to a booking.
