My wife applied via a BA link email for the Amex premium card 60000 offer, but checked tonight and saw it was showing the bonus triggered when spending £3k to be 25000. Is this correct or should we be concerned it’s not showing 60000? Thanks
Common issue with spend tracker. If you applied through special link you should be fine, albeit there have been reports from folk who had problems.
I have just successfully received mine through the same offer without any fuss, but due to reports like yours, I screen recorded the entire process to evidence it, just in case, making sure I used a clean browser with no cookie blocking type extensions running. The points posted in one go, not 25k + an uplift.
You should contact amex and hope, but I fear without evidence they will simply say they have no record of her using that link and so the offer is not applicable.
Discussed extensively, recently, here:

I don’t even have the spend tracker for the welcome bonus, only for the companion voucher. Amex CS did confirm that the 60K offer was active on my account, however.

Seems either it works or it does not!
