Amex BA transfer time

Hi all, any experience of recent times take to transfer Amex MR to BA Avios? I thought for previously validated accounts it was instantaneous but I’ve been waiting for 30 mins, and the Amex site says expected time 3 days. Don’t want to miss out on those Qatar flights…

Mine seem to post the next day just after 9am. Used to arrive on the 3rd day after request to Amex but recent transfers have been quicker. Never known it to be 30 mins, not for me anyway.
