Funny you mention Marriott, today, I got the spend £400 and receive £100 cashback offer on the Platinum.

My account is absolutely fine but my parents and my colleague I was giving an heads up to about the Hilton and Marriott offers aren’t working so seems there’s an issue for some and not others.
