Amex BAPP spend tracker not showing ?

Until recently, I could see how much I had left to spend to earn my next 241; trying hard to time it close to the end of qualifying period. But now I can’t see it. Pretty sure I’ve not hit the target yet. Anyone else got the same issue ? Thanks in advance.

It happens sometimes, contact Amex, they’ll tell you where you are with it all.

I contacted Amex via chat about this yesterday. They said if it isn’t showing it is because I have earned the voucher (not correct as they later verified).

Then they told me where to look on the homepage and I pointed out that it wasn’t on the homepage, hence me initiating the chat.

Then they made up some other nonsense and I left the chat.

You are not alone and I suspect it will magically appear again in a few days of it’s own accord.

I have exactly the same issue. However it does show in the Amex Ap under “Membership”. Hopefully it’s just a blip and will reappear in the website account soon.
