Sorry, I have tried searching, found what I thought was the address to forward a complaint to Amex but it’s bounced back.
Does anyone have such a thing to hand please? Or is it snail mail these days?

BillI have raised formal complaints via the telephone numbers on the back of my cards.
Supporting documents can be uploaded via your Amex online account.
They have been progressed to resolution including written correspondence from Amex.
