my friend just got her 1st ba amex card for the 70000 points offer. Am I correct in saying if I refer her afor the gold personal card she and i will not receive the bonus

You will get the referral bonus.

She will receive no bonus. She can only get an Amex bonus on the Amex Platinum Card atm.
