Amex Green Charge Card – Extended Warranty

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if AXA still offers the extended warranty through Amex Green Card?

I called +44 20 3126 4133 and tried both option 1 for registration and option 2 for claims, but both attempts resulted in immediate disconnection.

It is so frustrating since the extended warranty was the only reason I purchased electronics via the Green Card.

Yes they do. You called the correct number. Option 1 should get you through and you need to speak with either Sarah Simpson or Leslie.

@Harrier25 Thank you. Do I need to call at certain hours? Since I just tried it again and it was disconnected immediately.

Never had that problem, but I’ve always called during a weekday morning and they usually get Sarah to call me back.
