Amex letter notice of variation

Received a letter today stating from Nov 2024 the spend to get a BA voucher 241 will increase from 12k to 15k.
Firstly it’s now June 2025. I think amex have a time machine.
Second I’ve never held a ba amex card only the gold rewards.
I was a supplementary card holder on a ba amex but that was closed in 2023.

Either amex are incompetent or someone is using an amex in my name and happily paying it off every month
