Amex Live Chat – experiences?

Any issues with the Live Chat on Amex website recently?
I haven’t been able to get the popup to appear for the last couple of days.
When I go to the Contact Us page, the Start Live Chat is an option but there’s no button to press!

For me it has been like that for the last few months. Only works on the app, on the website it always disappears.

FYI – AdBlockers used to kill its appearance. Disable it (if you have one) and try again 🙂

Worked fine for me in Chrome last week when I had an issue on my wife’s BA card.

It works for me on iphone but not ipad.
