Hi, how long has is taken for these points to be added to your account once the £6k spend has been reached? I queried this today on the live chat as I reached the threshold last week. They confirmed that indeed, I had spent £6k and that they would add these ‘any day now but it could take between 30-60 days!’ I want to cancel the card as soon as in order to get the pro-rata fee refund.
Never heard this before, has always posted the same day as the transaction that takes you over the 6k spend posts.
I’d suggest calling up as this doesn’t sound right.

Don’t use chat. Never use chat. And if you call, ask if you’re speaking to a UK-based rep first thing. Don’t even try explaining you’re issue until you’ve confirmed you’ve got a UK-based rep or ask to be transferred to one. Overseas reps either don’t have the same accesses, training or knowledge as UK reps.
