As I’ve had the Platinum card for a week now, I thought I would have an invitation under “Offers” for the Dining & HN credits, however they have not appeared. Are they automatic enrol now or should I phone them?
They come on after about 10 days, they will show in your offers tab.
If you need it added sooner giver them a call and they should be able to sort it for you, which is what I did. Make sure you speak to Brighton

I was in the same situation last year and concerned about not receiving the offers in time to use them before end December. After a couple of calls I was informed that the ‘major’ offers like these are not loaded to the cards in the UK until after the 14 days cooling off period in case you cancel. I do not see why this should matter as they delay the credit to your account anyway.
I am sure they will arrive within the next few days.
Two days after I received my card I rang up (it wasn’t Brighton) and they put the offers straight on. I had to be specific about the offers I required added.
I did it using the “Chat with Us” in the Amex app. They seem pretty used to adding these offers on request
I had to chat to get them to do it, yep. The first time they did so it didn’t work, but the second time it appeared pretty much instantly.
I’ve just upgraded from Gold to Plat today. The Plat card is already showing on my app.
Will wait for the card to arrive before I enrol in the hotel programmes, but does anyone know if the spend I make now before card arrives counts towards the spend target?
My wife went on a bit of a shopping spree today, despite me asking her to wait a few days for the card to arrive, so really hope it does!
