Hi,
I recently joined the Amex Platinum Credit Card, during the enhanced welcome bonus offer period. I haven’t held a membership rewards card for at least 3 years. I do hold the BA Amex Avios card. I’m certain I’m eligible for the 60,000 welcome bonus and £200 travel credit. I have had the Platinum card for a few days and have made some charges to it which have been processed. I don’t appear to have a tracker showing my progress towards the welcome bonus. Is this normal? Thanks.

… after a live chat with Amex, they have confirmed I am eligible and they can see it tracking.
