Amex Preferred Rewards Gold 30,000 points bonus criteria

Amex chat referred me to T&Cs but couldnt find the answer there.

Are you eligible for the 30,000 SUB on PRG if you the only other AMEX cards you have a are Amex Business Gold (active) and BA Amex (closed 1 year ago).

I’m not sure what T&Cs you are looking at, as the ones one the PRG page seem quite clear:-

“New Cardmember Offer:
This new Cardmember offer is only available if you have not held a personal American Express Card within the previous 24 months. If you have held a personal American Express Card within the previous 24 months, you will be entitled to all other Card benefits, excluding the welcome offer.”

ah ok. I was wondering if they differentiated between MR and the Amex,Nectar, Marriot etc cards. But I think thats the case with the PT.
