Amex referral link – multiple use?

I had some referral offers from my platinum card that ended yesterday, so I got my wife, mum and mother in law to apply for some cards. All got accepted, but only one set of referral points have arrived. I used the same link for each application. Was that the wrong thing to do?

They usually post once accepted. I think there is some weird cut off on MR. So you may see them in the morning

Yes, I am guessing – and its only a guess – that one was accepted immediately and the other two were not and are awaiting manual approval.
