Is the Chat not coming up for anyone else? Or any ideas of how to access it if it’s not appearing for me (in multiple browsers?) I’m trying to change a booking, and the Amex Travel site is telling me to use chat… but it doesn’t appear, which is frustrating.
I don’t envy you – I remember being in this position, and the chat function is there sometimes and not other times. I think I had to call in the end.
They are a shoddy operation.It usually seems to work in the app, though it’s an unbelievably fiddly way of talking to them!
