Bit of a weird one. Made a purchase on my Amex biz plat through Amex travel on 7th August. It was showing as pending until yesterday but never cleared.
Today the charge is completely gone. However the booking still exists in Amex travel dashboard.
What is going on and can I expect it to reappear some time?
If it’s a flight ticket, has Amex Travel sent you your e-tickets yet?
