Does anyone have a direct dial number for Amex UK customer services?
Just call the number on the back of your card. Whoever answers, ask if they’re in Brighton. If they say no, ask to be transferred to someone in Brighton/the UK. You don’t have to give a reason, even if the ask for one, just insist to be transferred.
