Annual qualifying spend – can you challenge FX rate?

Does anyone know if you can challenge the exchange rate applied by Marriott on a stay. I recently had a stay with a speed of £600 it converted to a spend in the app of $620 which is obviously incorrect.
I contacted Marriott but their feedback was unhelpful.
I am close to Ambassador status hence my concern.

They count spend exclusive of VAT or tax, so 600/1.2 * 1.22 for the USD conversion.
