Annual Travel policy (free) with Barclays Premier and/or Avios Plus Mastercard

Can anyone confirm if there is a complimentary family annual travel policy with either of the above or is it a paid extra?
“This Insurance is provided at no extra cost to Barclays Premier Card Holders and when travelling with the Principal Cardholder, their immediate family and additional cardholders only”
Otherwise you have to buy a ‘Travel Pack’ (£12.50 or £18 – plus pack) but you also get car breakdown. I think it’s well worth it.

Don’t think it comes with the basic Avios MasterCard
There is no included travel insurance with the Barclays Avios/Avios Plus cards or the Premier bank account. I think the product referred to above may be a Premier charge card?
