BA holidays have moved our outbound to Corfu a day earlier making a 5 night holiday into 6 nights, with no accomodation on the first night. We’re arriving into Corfu late afternoon and was wondering if there are any reasonable hotels for us to stay the night, explore corfu town the next day before checking out and heading to the originally booked resort.

Corfu Palace was nice a few years ago.
If you are willing to be just north of Corfu Town, but with lots of local transport options, adjacent to the Gouvia Marina is the Telesilla Hotel and it’s excellent value. Nice staff, pool, bar, restaurant and there are bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.

@Guernsey Globetrotter apparently not. From my understanding and research all I am entitled to is a refund which is obviously not ideal.
