Any real life experience of Gold breakfast being honoured at WA Orlando?

Booked through BA Holidays. I know it’s very hit and miss when booking through TA. Anyone got any experience at this hotel?

No breakfast for Gold at US properties, only money off restaurants at the hotel, which you definitely won’t get on a travel agent booking

It can depend – for example booking via Emyr gets you your HH benefits as well as his. I’ve also certainly had some benefits honoured when booking through BA holidays so it’s always worth a polite email or call to the hotel enquiring what you might be able to expect as a loyal gold member – you might get a room upgrade or the daily credit.

*Then again, this is the US and I have been greeted with little more than verbal abuse on a couple of occasions when I’ve booked via a 3rd party!
