Probably the depart-on-time button.
It astonishes me how few checks are done with job applications. There was a report recently that someone had been running an NHS trust who only had 2 A levels but had lied on his application about having a degree. He was sacked from the post when it was discovered but has gone on to get another very similar job somewhere else!
I loved the bit where he was caught out, because he pressed a button on the ground that “no qualified pilot would”. Makes me think of the Homer Simpson episode where he retracted the wheels whilst on the tarmac.
