We moved 110000 points from wifes account to my account last week – paid the £10 and got a confirmation that it would happen in 48hours – but the points refuse to move from her account to mine despite chasing via the awful chat interface. Anyone got any advice as to how to actually make this work??
Is anybody else struggling to make the transfers work?

I’d say 110k is enough to trigger the ‘extra security checks’ albeit mine cleared after a day.
