Is anyone else have issues where the app isn’t showing ‘account details’.
The page that shows status when accessing lounges etc. and tier points to go etc
Mine and Mrs pappap are saying ‘something went wrong’s
It wasn’t working yesterday for me, but does seem to be OK this morning.
Same here, it’s been like that since last week

We should compose a strongly worded letter to the BA CEO and all sign it. There are so many issues with their app and website all the time, but if they have a bunch of high tier customers threatening to take their business elsewhere, maybe they would finally sort it out. This is so annoying!
