Hi,
I recently got a response from BA to my complaint of no CE catering confirming 10k would be applied to my account (which I was very happy with).
When should I expect to see this on my exec club account? It’s been over a week since they emailed me.
If anyone has any experience with this, would he great to hear.

To clarify, the email confirmed 10k avios would be applied to mine and my husband’s accounts (10k avios each). No sign of it on either account.
