Avios left Amex – not reached BA

This month’s haul has left my Amex but has not been credited to my EC – now five days late.
Amex say it’s not a problem their end and to contact BA.

Has anyone else has this problem and how best to tackle it?

There has been a BA IT work for the apps over the past few days. I wouldn’t worry just yet.
