    I have had some Avios from the BA shopping portal showing as ‘pending’ for 6 months. Does anybody know of any way to chase completed purchases like this that are on their radar, but aren’t dropping into the account?

    The shopping portal has an online form you can complete to raise issues.

    Thanks Andrew – I have used this to raise new queries, but unfortunately when I do it with these problematic transactions, it just adds them back as pending transactions and doesn’t move them any closer to completion.

    Are they for shopping, ie goods already received? Hotels.com etc don’t credit for 90-120 days after you’ve stayed, even if you book 6 months in advance…

    The BA portal has track record of not registering points or freezing points as pending…when you raise an issue you get an automated email saying it’s being looked at. You could email that email address in a fresh email thread and bypass the online form. No shortcut but to constantly keep reminding them and hope a decent customer rep picks it up.

    Thanks very much. This is actually for Hotels.com and the stays were just over 120 days ago, so perhaps they will drop into the account soon. Thanks so much.

    What is the email address? – I have tried to fill out the form for multiple Agoda transactions that have been stuck on pending over 6 months (all past 120 days since the checkout time) – I never receive any response just a confirmation, please can someone share the direct email?
