Avios sitting in pending for a really long time

I have dozens of transactions sitting in pending on my Avios account totalling over 20000 points. These are all transactions that I have executed: hotel stays, insurance portal use etc, but they are not moving into my account despite being well over the time frame that Avios says they should. I can’t find an email address for Avios to resolve this. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found an easy way to get it fixed?

You need to log in to the eStore and use the ‘contact us’ link and they will ask you for all the purchase details.
As @JDB states, you need to contact them to report each tracked transaction that has remained as pending and log a case for each one, you will receive an email with a reference number per claim.
Log into your account, hover over your name in the top right hand corner, click on ‘view account’, then scroll down past your ‘Purchase History’, ‘Recently Purchased’ and ‘Registered Cards’ sections and you will see a blue button to click on that says ‘Claim Missing Avios’.
