Trying to transfer from Avios to Qatar to book a reward flight. I completed 3 transactions earlier as I moved points from various household accounts etc. Does anyone have a direct help number to avios.com. Spoke to BA and they can only send a request to release the account which may take up to 72 hours. Thanks in adavance

Thanks for the link, looks like I’m victim to the new security arrangements. So frustrating, moved nectar points across, paid the £50 transfer fee and then on the final step can’t transfer across to Qatar. BA said 24 hours but i’m sure it may take longer looking at the comments in the article.
