Ba 191 London to Houston 21 Jun 25, canx, 2 pax. Rebooked on BA 195 21 Jun 25 London to Austin, Austin to Dallas, Dallas to Houston. Arrived 10+ hours late. Trying to find out reason for canx and how to claim $ for delay. Thx.

As to claiming there is a webform on the BA website easily googled.
@rod66barnes – I think you’ll find BA191 flies to Austin and not Houston – family are returning home on that flight next week.
