BA Amex Companion Voucher – Aer Lingus or Iberia

How do I go about redeeming a BA Amex Companion Voucher and Avios on Arelingus or iberia flights?

Via BA website or do I need to sign up Iberia or Aer Lingus schemes?

I’ve not booked anything myself but apparently you login on BA, select the voucher and book as normal. The Iberia / Lingus flights should just show up.
