    I’ve read a few folk have the same issue as me in that the BA App states ‘something has gone wrong’ when accessing account details. I lodged a complaint and response today
    “ this is a known issue and we haven’t been able to fix this at the moment. Our systems team are currently working on a solution to correct this”.
    Hmm.IMO they are not working very hard.its been like this for several weeks

    I find it very annoying. They have done app updates since the issue started. This should be a priority fix. I do wonder if they test their digital journeys as some of them are appalling

    Had the same problem for the last couple of months but noticed this morning it was working OK.

    Latest quirk for me, currently Gold with 385 TP so far this year, the app is telling me I need 1115 more TP to progress to GGL!

    Good morning. Anyone else having sporadic error messages when searching for reward flights on web page using an iPad lately or on the app? Getting nervous it’s almost T-355 and don’t want to contemplate seeing error message at 1am! Thank you

    Well fancy that! The day after receiving BAs response that it was a known issue and no fix as yet …. My account is now visible on the App.

    My app also got fixed this morning. Hurray! And it is showing points required to GGL.

    After months of having this same issue I logged in today and hey presto, it was working. I happened to achieve Gold status today, so thought perhaps a usable app is an unpublished benefit for GCH! 😂 Glad to hear it’s working for everyone.

    Same for me, instead of the error message today I can see my BA card and account !
