Both myself and husband are unable to get BA app to search for reward flight…constantly says high demand. Anyone else getting this?

Nope, it also was working fine for us both and we haven’t changed any settings. It had assumed it was a BA problem but now guessing not!
I have had this for the last week or so. Might have been longer, but I’ve only started looking for reward flights again recently. I am using the app on an iPhone. The way around it, I found (without using my laptop that is) is to press the bottom right hand “button” (I am sure it has a name) to view the page in the browser (safari here) and then it works fine.
