Sadly it appears BA have closed all the Elemis Spa’s
Anyone heard if they will be re-opened soon?
Was looking forward to using the one in the arrivals lounge at T5.
They closed at the start of the pandemic and it doesn’t look like BA is going to bring them back now everyone’s used to them being gone! A great shame, I agree. Even the CCR treatments have gone. I was booked in F to MIA to celebrate my retirement in April 2020, had the spa treatment booked and everything – then 2 weeks before our travel date the entire world as well as the Elemis spas closed down!
Also had my meal selected, that’s not come back either!
