There have been reports of delays with vouchers posting, you might have to chase it up with Amex as it should be issued as soon as you hit the £10k spend. Is it definitely not there – it would be on the “my executive club” page and also “my evouchers”? You can’t see it in the app, though, you have to go to ba.com. Is your Amex account showing the message that you’ve earned the voucher?
Apologies, I’ve just seen that you’ve put this in the Barclaycard thread, I thought it was about the BAPP Amex! I have no idea, but given the shambles with the setting up of these accounts, it wouldn’t surprise me if it needs chasing up.
I need to know this, too. I don’t want to keep paying the fees for 11mo for one sad voucher
There have been so many issues now, they probably haven’t worked out how to get the voucher to BAEC accounts.
It’s the same voucher as Premier so the process itself shouldn’t be an issue.
T&C say it will be added within 5 working days, don’t they?
Will all functionality be available to use these vouchers online? IE, if you wanted to use the voucher for 2 people for 1 way flight, without a return? I remember that the Lloyds Avios voucher would not allow this type of transaction and so involved a call to Avios to book, missing the 0000 flight creation if you were looking to book at release.
People have posted about various glitches such as not being able to book connecting flights with it. I guess we’ll just have to see when the vouchers start showing up. I’m hoping to get one within the next couple of weeks – I wonder if hugo r’s ever appeared?

That’s really odd because isn’t that tab is for upgrading cash bookings with avios?
