Was just told about this by an agent as I was getting 241 return Avios partially refunded.
BA offering 15:1 on Avios Hotels for June.
A cancelation fee applies to bookings so not as convenient as some OTAs.
3. Customers can collect up to 15 Avios per £1/$1/€1 on qualifying stays solely paid for with cash.
Cash???? Would that be on arrival?
Clearly means money not literally cash, as distinct from a stay paid or part paid for using avios.
