BA Best Price Promise

Are you allowed to compare prices for the best price promise with another oneworld site? The flight is on AY metal and is significantly cheaper on finnair site compared with BA. But keen to book with BA for its BWC policy. Would BA match (and double the difference) against prices on AY site? As far as I can tell, ticket conditions are the same.
