BA have changed my flight time in May of the outbound flight from 08:00 to 11:20. Will they let me change the return flight to a later time to compensate or will I have to pay extra?

Yes, for a schedule change of over two hours, BA will move you onto another BA flight on the day or two days either side at no additional cost.
They will let you change the outbound flight as JDB say to another BA flight +/-2 days if that helps you.
I don’t think they let you change the return flight if that hasn’t been changed by the any more though. Fairly sure you used to be able to do that but they changed the rules – can’t hurt to ask though!
