I do not have any BA status however travelling club Europe to BCN tomorrow, can me and the wife both visit the Cathay lounge and also Qantas? We will be there early so be nice to try them out if permitted

Assuming you are both flying J. If one of you is in Y then a business class ticket doesn’t permit guests unlike Silver/Gold (or OW equivalent) status.
