Forums Frequent flyer programs The British Airways Club BA Club status question – Hawaiian / Alaska

  • 18 posts

We are currently silver BA club members. We booked to fly to hawaii with alaska in september (one world partner) alaska joining with hawaii but not joining one world until next year.
Alaska cancelled our flight and put us on a hawaiian air flight. No problem, except we booked comfort plus or whatever they call it and we were expecting to use our status for luggage, lounge etc. Hawaiian has told us on chat that we will still get those privileges but when i first complained to Alaskan about they said no we wouldnt. I have subsequently found that we are flying on an alaskan code but flown by hawaiian.does anyone know what that means for us?
