Had an issue with a flight cancellation , emailed BA to complain, they emailed this morning to say that they have credited account with Xxx amount of avios , it’s not showing as yet , is this normal ? How long does it take to show ?
usually instant but can take a day or two
I’d start by refreshing the app / website and logging off and on again as that usually updates things.
