BA Companion Voucher. Open Jaw. Qatar Airways

Hi All,

I am in need of your advice.

Is it possible to do an open jaw flight from London – LA and then Doha to London? (my entire itinerary is London- LA – Japan – Singapore – Thailand – Doha – London)

I had originally planned to fly from Thailand to London with a stop in Doha but I can’t stomach the double avios spend of 150k.

Well you can’t use the voucher on QR

And the only way you’ll know if you can get the LHR-LAX, DOH-LHR to work is if you ring up and get lucky.

That’s not really an open jaw is it? It’s more of a rount the world trip.

But a LHR – LAX (sepatate arrangements to Doha) DOH – LHR does not qualify as an open jaw as the distance between LAX-DOH exceeds that of either flights.

Okay thanks a lot! @e14 @BA Flyer IHG Stayer . The journeys in between I was going to take normal flights. but looks like i’ll have to use the voucher for LHR – LAX and then stomach the 150k to be able to experience the Q-suite.

Yeah voucher one way to LAX (for 2 people). You could do 70k one way q suite from lax to DOH.
