Is there a way of checking the official arrival time of a flight?
A friend was on a flight from Heathrow to Dallas. They claim the delay was over 3 hours but BA have said it was 2 hours 55 minutes late. From my understanding the clock shouldn’t stop until the doors are open? Can you check this anywhere?
Flight was 06/10/22 on flight BA0139 if anyone has the ability to check?
Thanks in advance!
If the purpose of the enquiry is eligibility for compensation, on a long haul flight it is four hours not three. Also, ExpertFlyer only shows the data for a few days after a flight and it cannot necessarily be relied upon to found a claim.
Thanks JDB. I forgot long haul delays was 4 hours! Thats the end of that query!
